Managing Users

Access options for managing users by clicking Setup » Users. Quickly add users to the system:

  • User Import – Import users from an excel spreadsheet (See User Import).
  • Users – Create, update or delete individual users (See Users).

Organize your users and define privileges:

  • User Groups – Create groups to organize users based on privileges, visual styles and more (See User Groups).
  • Companies – Manage companies, define company administrators and more (See Companies).
  • Guest User and Default User Settings – Allow users to access your site without logging in (See Guest User and Default User Settings).
